    The architectural practice and research division is led by Elena Uglovskaya, a highly skilled architect, researcher, and inventor with over 15 years of experience leading award-winning building projects and research initiatives. She frequently lectures at architectural biennales, conferences, and universities, focusing on applied ethics and environmental justice in architecture.

    The consulting division is led by Glafira Parinos, a geographer and landscape ecologist. She collaborates with architects, developers, and NGOs to create projects that enhance quality of life and protect the environment. Glafira combines her expertise in management and strategic communications with a passion for developing innovative green development strategies.
