The practice is led by co-founders Glafira Parinos and Elena Uglovskaya.
Elena Uglovskaya is a highly skilled architect, researcher, and inventor who has been leading award-winning building projects and research initiatives for over 15 years. She has delivered lectures at architectural biennales, conferences, and universities, with a focus on applied ethics and environmental justice in architectural practice.
Glafira Parinos is a geographer and landscape ecologist who collaborates with architects, developers, and NGOs to create projects that improve the quality of life and protect the environment. She integrates her expertise in management and strategic communications with her enthusiasm for developing new green development strategies.
